  • Stock Paint

This may have been covered before, but does anyone know where you can get stock paint colors the cheapest. I know that you get what you pay for with paint, but some of the sites that I have seen have paint listed at seventy seven dollars a pint for cobalt blue. Thank you.

  • Re: Dent removal

A relative of mine who was in auto body once used dry ice to pop a dent after the metal was heated. It was on an a 68 chevy truck that was real metal. He used a wielder to heat the metal, and then put dry ice on the heated metal the dent popped out and the metal reformed its original shape. Don't...

  • Re: first accident

I don't know where you live for sure but I do know in Iowa that when the police do an accident report that the insurance company name and policy number are included in the report. Sounds like the fiance is trying to get out of paying for the accident somehow, because he knows she was in the wrong...

  • Re: Handgun Ammunition under Assault in Commifornia

I have a friend of mine who is a federal officer in California, and he can't even buy a semi auto Carbine 4 because of the laws there. He was in my home state and asked what kind of gun he could buy here, I told anything that wasn't automatic and then I found out that we don't sell to residents...

  • Re: Iowa Flood

That is because our state and local government agencies were on top of the problem and realized what could happen. The citizens here in Iowa are also the type that will roll up the sleeves and just get the job done (farmer mentality), not where is my federal handout. I work for a county government and...

  • Re: 2009 Harley Model Refinements-This may put me over the edge...

I tease my good buddy about his owning a Harley, when he starts up with the rice burner jokes but we would both ride each others bikes in a heart beat. If that is what you want in life right now that is your call, and if your friends don't like it they are not paying your bills.

  • Re: The Olympics

I agree with you on the judging that was really screwed up, and also about the Chinese kids getting basically kidnapped for the gymnastic team. I think that most of the Chinese athletes are treated that way though, after hearing about that track runner not racing instead of possibly not winning. That...

  • Re: What kind of Harley is that?

When I got my bike mapped it was Bike Night and I had to leave because my off duty supervisor had other plans. The mechanic told me a couple of days later that he was getting asked "What kind of Harley is that?", said he started to laugh and then told them it was a Yamaha Warrior. They didn't...

  • Re: Your tax $$$ at work!

They pay for this stuff out of money that gets put into their accounts by family, kind of like a debit card account. They can only designate that money to comissary, hair cuts and telephone calls. The inmates do not have physical control on their money.

  • Re: Bailout fails.... get out your hip waders...were in deep **** now

Maybe, if a lot of these companies went to a performance based salary for executives the American public would not be asked to give them our money to bail them out. It seems that a lot of boards were being really stupid to pay out this kind of money with no performance based clauses. It makes me mad...
