Hello all,

This is a map that I have on a Warrior located in the Macon, GA area. It was done by a well known bike shop down there with lots of experiance and has run flawlessly for me. My results on the dyno were 82 hp and 103 ft lbs. The following mods are done to the Warrior: Morton Executioner pipes with torque cones, AIS block off, and Churchkey's VBAK. This map was made with the bikes ECU at the stock settings. If you use this map please let me know how it works out for you. Enjoy it, it will put a smile to your face!!!

After installing a PC3, or after the TPS recall, you'll want to reset your PC3's baseline Throttle Position. One setting is the Zero-Percent Throttle, a baseline. This important setting tells your PC3 where to begin its duties. There is also an on-screen training session on the Dynojet website. Its hard to find so there is a link to that training website in the Popular Mods topic (see the very top of the Technical forum).

This map adds extra fuel for racing. It doesn't pop too much for street riding except when cold or on hard decel. While its set up to work with the accelerator pump turned on at 20% fuel for 20revs and 75% sensitivity, it also works just fine with the accelerator pump set to zero, making it more streetable. This MAP is not perfect because it was done in July05 before I did the perfect install. But its close. It is not the most fuel efficient map out there, but it gets 100 miles/tank to fuel light (about 125 miles to empty but I haven't tested it to dead empty - yet!).
Hardware: Stock 102ci with -AIS, S* 2-1-2, K&N undertank, and K&N S* scoop. Use with stock timing and factory ECU settings. Keep air filters clean.

V&H BigShots, AIS blocked and a Churchkey VBAK

This map is for V&H BigShots, AIS blocked and a Churchkey VBAK. It was a map I got from another member. After I loaded the map I had my bike dynoed and the tech said it was running very nicely and it feels good too. Reduced the backfire and increased the power.

When the units were first made we did not have access to the TPS connector. Recently we did acquire the TPS connector so all units now are being shipped with the TPS connector on there. If you want to send the unit back to us we can update the harness and ship it back to you. With the new harness the "perfect install" is not required.
