Again, for the record , I don't have OEM lifters and have almost 30,000 miles on since Speedstar build in spring of '08. And I have had no problems with the lifters . Hi Thom, I forget exactly what mileage I was at when I installed it. But I have at least 10,000 miles on this season and it is still going strong. I have been a little more reserved in my driving habits but that still does include some rolling burnouts etc. So I would say I am pleased. Sorry to hear you blew one but good the kit helped you home !!!
