Are the rear seat and rear fender available and $?

Yep that would be correct! I just dd the CPS recall and now am getting code 11 even though I never even went into the other sidew of the bike. Go figure.

After a charity run yesterday two hours away from home the bike after running fine started stumbling. It will rev to 2000 or so rpm and no further. No recalls have been done yet. The tach shows the motor over revving. it seems like its bouncing off the rev limiter. I am at a loss and not near home. The gas has been drained. No codes. idles fine.

Thanks that's where I was going to start. The dealer has given me the parts I just haven't got around to it yet though. How embarassing is it to have your bike shut down after out running and cornering everything in the run and getting compliments on hand fabbed pipes and bars? One lady's comment was, "At least it looks pretty." when her husband wanted to hear the exhaust. ILesson learned. Take care of your own stuff first. Thanks.

For anyone interested I'll be doing 5 sets of the pipes in this post and they will be ready in about 7 days because of the holidays. If you want a set let me know at 440 520 3800 or just to bounce ideas of each other. Be safe during the 4th.

http://www.azom.com/details.asp?ArticleID=966 Heat Resistance Good resistance to oxidation in intermittent service in air at temperatures up to 1040°C and 1150°C in continuous service. Good resistance to thermal fatigue and cyclic heating. Widely used where sulphur dioxide gas is encountered at elevated temperatures. Continuous use in 425-860°C range not recommended due to carbide precipitation, if subsequent aqueous corrosion resistance is needed, but often performs well in temperatures fluctuating

I've done pipes for the 109 and Vulcan 2000 but only thought to take pics of the Warrior since this is the forum I belong to. Dumb I know but it's done now. I haven't done heatshields before because no one requested it. When the pipes are buffed you usually need full access to them and shields would mean buffing the pipe and shields, welding the shields on and hand re-buffing. If that's what you want we can make it happen! I don't know what the additional cost would be but I'd

The usual price for pipes stopping short of the swingarm(i.e. not longshots) that the customer designs is $500.00 flat rate. I'm knocking $100.00 off for forum members. That includes the pipes the way you saw them on the newspaper wrapped plus whatever shipping is to your area. Shoot me an IM and I can be sure of exactly what you want. I've had bad experiences as a customer and I want to make sure we're on the same page.Turn around right now would be about 5-7 business days.

As I've said a little bit ago, this was the first time I thought to take pics, sorry. Truth be told, my wife took the pics as I progressed from bare jugs to cutting to tacking to welding only because she was off from work and in a cast. When baclay9 said I sent a ton of pics he wasn't joking(thanks again )! The only limitaton is your imagination. Your options are whatever you decide to do. Polished, powdercoated, or raw.Send me an IM and we can discuss what you want.
