For the guys who emailed and PM'd, I googled 'octane technical articles' and I picked this one because its from an Aussie Tech site and AUS calcs octane same as UK, and that covers guys from both all over in one 'Swell Foop' lol. I'm not sure if your question is directed to me. Service Manual Chapter 5 shows how to pull the side cover for a spring swap. Here's a disassembled view. Item #1 is the case of course, and Item #4 is the clutch cover (look at the case behind it).
Can't this just be done by taknig the clutch cover off the end of the case cover? I'm just wondering if I need to remove the gasket on the entire case.. and wait for it to set...etc.
I can't possibly be the only person who sees the distinct difference between wheelies (moving violation likely to injure self and others) and how a license plate is affixed. A felony conviction for a license plate infraction is like a bully saying 'keep off the grass' then beating someone for doing it. Politically, its abuse of power. The way to handle an equipment citation is to issue a fix-it ticket (which shows respect to reasonable citizens), then a fine second offence, then impound
