[quote user="Luc"] Found an '06 for sale here in Florida. Seller claims it's a limited edition and the paint job came straight from the factory. Jack ... my response was intended to be sarcastic ... If you have DSL or Cable internet then the last thing in the world you want is an air card or broadband connection to the www. No streaming video, slow refresh rates etc etc. All the major cell carriers offer the air card and there are contracts to sign, monthly charges, 3GB limit and cost more than DSL or Cable. [quote user="OldMan"] [quote user="AlanH"] Get Satellite Internet or a Wireless Broadband Card and you will acquire

It's obvious or sounds like you have removed the M4 soc hd cap scr's from the bottom cover w/o difficulty and are now looking at the 3- retainer scr's for the tach case If so, you'll need a proper fitting cross-point screw driver to loosen the screws that are quite tight as Yamaha uses a compression liner on this assembly to prevent damage to the ABS tach housing. I've done this tassk in the past early on and don't recall any thd lock on these fasteners. IMO, the solution

Jaboyd2u .... if you want the BEST of the BEST it's always been MD Wright since i've been a member... i believe they have a core program too! Here's an earlier thread from this year that might be of some interest: M.D. Wright question? [quote user="AlanH"] MD Wright was the pioneer of the Integrated Tail Light System way back when and is still considered the Rolls-Royce for the Warrior. Nothing compares to it and you made the right choice. It's also plug-n-play and guaranteed

Jack ... it happens that where i live in rural MI neither dsl or cable is available. Satellite internet, normally 2~3GB monthly useage, is metered by the company on a prorated daily basis and the connection will slow down to a crawling speed when you exceed the magic daily number. Weather is also a factor from what i've been told. I opted for the wireless broadband card that simply plugs into the usb port. Connection speed is dependent upon your location no different than a cell phone. Verizon

Ruckus ... what's not to like about the Roadliner ... 1900cc, 1-1/2" belt drive, aircooled blah blah - BIG BROTHER to the warrior A quick trip up I75 doing a couple of head to head roll-ons @ 75mph with your son will prove who is the new boss in the house Good Luck with the purchase, and if you put nitrous on that baby it's a road rocket.

The riser portion of the TT's should be the same length else they wont mount properly to the top of the tree bushings w/o using a spacer/washer that will be fugly. Return the bars if you're sure they differ in length. you can qualify the bars by having someone assist you .... place the riser ends on a flat surface, as if on the top tree, and measure the vertical distance at each extreme end of the grips and also take notice if the riser ends are flush and flat to the flat surface. alternately

Here's an empty tach housing with the bottom cover. The 3-standoffs for the screws are visible here: [quote user="Kdub"] Yeah that stuff is very helpful. I'll have to go get a good screw driver and give her hell. If I strip it I'll just drill it out or something. never understand why they use stupid screws when they have great inventions like a hex head bolt. Just like all my carbs I would always take out the screws holding them togetherand replace with bolts before I stripped
