Gee they should really sing about presidents who already did their term Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr., Reagan....etc etc Kinda early to say how great Obama is in these times, because there is nothing really he is doing that is great right now. I would recommend wrapping pipes when you the heat shields or scratch the pipe. Just in case you are low on cash for a new exhaust. But My approach in wrapping would hi temp heat paint or ceramic coat the pipe first then wrap the pipe and using the silicone paint on it. That is what I'm going to do.

Get a lawyer have him show up in court for ya. The judge see your lawyer and usually just throw the case out, but then again you have to pay lawyer fee. Then if you fight this alone you need visible proof and audio recording that you bike meets noise requirements. Just don't go in their saying this and that about your bike because it is just not tangible enuff
