Two points I can think of right now... !!!CHECK the RING GAP!!! Aftermarket rings are NOT sized for your application. Do !!NOT!! hone the cylinders, unless you have iron sleeves. And, yes. You can do it in frame. (maybe that's three points?)

Your local auto parts place has them. Just about every Asian car with an aluminum pan uses the same plug. I got one that is magnetic and has a 14mm head, makes it much easier to get a wrench on. About 2 bucks at Kragen... If you must have the Yamaha OE plug... the rear plug is identical to the front.

I have questions... What time on race day, and where (exactly)? Never been to that park and it's a big place. I'm not racing, so what's it cost to watch? Parking?? Seating??? Your gig doesn't seem to be on the raceway schedule??

I think you'll get used to the performance difference in just a few miles. 70mph on the GPS should be about 2600revs. And YES, you will need the 128!
