Nothing changed in the layout of the motor and frame throughout the production run. Any year exhaust will bolt up.

Use stock fibers and plates, there's really no better solution. Keep in mind that the clutch wear causes the stack height to go down, and that's why your getting slippage. Replacing the diaphragm is not needed unless yours is cracked or broken.
