  • Forum Signature Rules

    The original rules were put in place in 2002 and it time for an update. Here they are: The maximum overall size for signatures is still 175 pixels high by 700 pixels wide - this includes text and images . Image file sizes should be no larger than 75KB . Smaller is preferred as we need to be mindful of our members on dial up access (do they stille exist?). Below is an image depicting the maximum size for signatures.     Yes. I am to blame. I know many vendors have PM'ed and Emailed me and I was the one not following through. I am trying to fix that. I want to try to get this back on track. That being said, I have already begun to wip the "Marketplace" of rswarrior into shape. You should see that classified and vendor section of the site have some changes; more should be expected.     Classifieds Rules : All new classifieds posts in the For Sale sections must have the following information: Exact description of the items for sale in the thread title field i.e. "V&H Bigshots" or "Cobra Megaphone Slipon" An accurate description of the item for sale, stating if its new, used or second hand - pictures are helpful.     There has always been some problems with email sending on the site. I did make some small tweak to the server yesterday and I think the system just sent out all notifications that never made it out over the last year or so. It looks like the server is all caught up and you should now only get emails that are current.

    We are running CS 2007.1. I also verified that the editor isn't working with Chrome with this installation of CS. I wanted to upgrade to the latest version of Community Server, but there are a couple issues. 1. Theme. The look and feel of CS 2008+ is a bit too advanced for this member base. Remember the reaction when we went from old forums to new forum layout? The change from 2007 to 2008 would drive everyone nuts. It is much more "social" and I think better, but the majority wouldn't
