"I also believe the data plans were recently increased." I've had an iPhone since they first came out and just recently went and got the 3Gs. Couldn't be happier with the overall performance of the phone but they did bump the price of the plan up a little. Instead of 20 dollars a month for internet on the phone which I've been paying for 2 years, it's now 30... no biggie considering all it can do. I will say this, my old iPhone finally took a crap after 2 years of abuse

So a buddy of mine who rides a vstar 650 called tonight and said he thinks his clutch went out but wasn't sure, so I asked him what was going on. This is how he described it. "Stop light turns green and he takes off at a normal pace, pulls in clutch and shifts into second and releases clutch and bike didn't pull any and a grinding noise came from the motor." He said he let it coast in to a gas station to take a look. He says the bike won't pull itself like when you lose a clutch

its been said over and over again but I would get with a lawyer and have an officer go with me when I picked up the bike to be a witness of what condition it is in at that time. I'm also with Duke when he says we need a few Indiana Warriors to ride up and give this guy some "business"

so not to get off topic or anything but when you get pulled over and ask a cop to see your speed on the radar and they dont have it, do you get out of the ticket? im confused sorry haha
