I don't think that they are too loud. My pro-pipe sounds way louder, and I know most 2 into 2 pipes like rineharts, bigshots and so on are even louder then my propipe. The speedstar is only loud if you really crank up on the throttle, but otherwise it sounds great, louder then stock, but not obnoxoius.

Sorry guys. Just decided to sell it this weekend. I have a pro pipe that came with my bike, and I like it better. But what I really want is the Rinehart Flush Cut Exhaust. So keep an eye out for it for me Pipes are sold to Bruce. He now has every set of Speedstar pipes ever produced
