Not a shocker but this article is a reminder. It reminds me that the entire political system is crap. Politicians paying off politicians (bribing) to get a vote. I'm so glad Governor Rick Perry of Texas didn't take any of the "stimulus" funds and told Obama to stick it! That's the kind of conservative leadership needed in Washington.
