  • Re: Dent removal

I have a small dent in the side of my tank. I just ordered a DingKing kit from Amazon.com for $20. I figured its worth a try. I'll see what happens when I get it in.....should be here next week.

  • Re: Any one have the "gunmetal" warrior with black wheels?

I think black wheels would look awesome. I have an 07 titanium.....always thinkin about black wheels! Gotta get the obligatory mods done first though, so it might be a while til I get to that. Just did the VBAK, coil relo, AIS block, and PC III this weekend. Waiting on my PCS Monster Pro pipe and Carlini bars. Should be here this week! tick....tick....tick!!!

  • Re: Carlini bars

Finally got this somewhat ironed out on Friday. Apparently Phats was advertising bars that don't exist anymore or don't fit the Warrior, or had em mixed up or something. The only bars Carlini makes for the Warrior are the original T-bars (7" rise and pullback) and the Super Sweeps (7' rise 11" pullback, according to Phats). I had ordered the Clean Sweeps, I guess they don't fit the Warrior or the description for them on Phats was wrong. Instead of getting those, I got the

  • Re: Carlini bars

Don't pay too much attention to the specs on Phats just go by the model number and verify the specs on the fabricators web... Yea, thats what I figured, but the Carlini website doesn't have the model numbers on it. I called Carlini and tried to ask someone and the guy was kinda rude and all he kept repeating was "the only ones we make for Yamaha are the 9" x 11.5"." Then he pretty much hung up on me...

  • Re: Carlini bars

So, I guess the description for the super sweeps on the Phats site are comparing them to a different set of clean sweeps than the ones they sell on thier site .... Oh well, I guess I will have to try these Clean Sweeps and see how they feel. It looks like the two bars Phats sells are about the same measurements. Thanks for the info guys!

  • Re: Carlini bars

Can anyone comment on the feel of the 7" rise 7 3/4" pullback Clean Sweeps in comparison to the stock bars?? Do they feel further away? closer? about the same??

  • Carlini bars

I've searched high and low and can't find an answer to this one. I'll try to make this long story short.... I ordered some 1.5" Carlini Clean Sweep bars from Phats. They sent me the wrong bars, they sent the Original T-bar instead. When I got the wrong ones I started doing a little more research. Anyway, on Phats website they sell two Carlini bars. The Clean Sweep and the Super Sweep. The Clean Sweeps say they are 7" rise and 7 & three-quarters" pullback. Then the Super
