I dont know about Gates--but I will say the Dayco belt sucks--They are too soft--my Dayco Panther belt slipped from day one---went back to OEM ----$275.oo from seattle sports Plaza--No tax from Washington---Gates Polychain is highly recomended though--Good luck...

Next Saturday--March 24 House of Thunder"Harley Shop" in Morgan Hill is puttin on a run from the Harley shop in Morgan Hill to Gizdich Ranch in Watsonville---Its called the Pie Run---Sign ups start at 10:30--Leave House of Thunder at 11:00---Should be some nice bikes and good fun for anyone in this area---If I dont work I will be there---Just so ya know!!

I have a Midnight Warrior and I love it.I bought it because "I" think it looks bad ass and runs great..I think the "same" about that new NightRod--It looks bad ass and I know it runs great"I rode one"..But it wasnt out when I bought my Yamahama--I dont care what people ride---Hondas-Harleys-Warriors or Women--If your good people--Lets ride--My buisiness is "my" bike..See ya in the wind..Randy....

First off--Glad to hear you did'nt fall from the belt binding up---I replaced my belt because of a rock---Got a (DAYCO PANTHER belt for 140 bucks from Dennis Kirk) 3 hours+ changing it--pieceacrap slipped BAD imediatly--Went back to stock belt (275.00--Seattle Sports Plaza--No tax from Seattle) 3Hours+ changing it "again"--No Mo problem----I dont know about other aftermarket belts-but I advise against the Dayco Belt--(P.O.S.)--I live in Salinas--Hope to see you on the road----Apprx. 80 degrees this

I was in the HD shop before the new midnight VRod came out and the salesman showed me a picture of it in the brochure because I told him I love the blacked out look---I yelled out laughing"WOW-they copied my Yamaha"--He yelled back--"NO they didnt"-all butt hurt---easy dude its OK..........

A BAK is a "Big Air Kit" .Its 2 K/N air filters that mount right on top of the throttle bodies--it eliminates your right side stock airbox and the secondary airbox under the tank----I had pipes and a PC111 and my bike ran good---than I put the BAK on and said Hell Yea---Well spent 200.00 bucks--Doit...
