I need the tach assembly. I'm assuming the 03 is the same as the 02. I will send PM.

I have been chasing this ghost for a month now. It is a intermittent problem, and I thought I had fixed it, but now it is back. I have taken the entire assembly apart and taken voltage and ground readings all the way to where the wires are connected to the back of the tach circuit board(s). All seems to be normal, as best I can tell. The wiring diagrams do not identify all of the interconnects between the tach and the speedo, so I cannot really diagnose those. I went this route about 18 months ago. I was going through rear tires every 2 thousand miles or so. I've got nearly 5 thousand on this and no signs of wear. And talk abut grip!

BTW, do I now need to bump my ECU to zero?

I just installed the PCIII on my bike this weekend. Works great and pulls like a D8 Catapillar! The only problem is that now the tach, speedo, and odo do not work. I just plugged everything in as the instructions indicated. I did not do the "perfect install". What could I have done? The fuses are okay. Help.

Well, Oldman, as I have never ridden a snowmobile I can't agree or disagree. But, if you can get the same feeling from a snowmobile as a motorcycle, I say you've got it made twice! Its pretty hard to find snow on the south coast, sand maybe.....is there such a thing as a sandmobile?
