    WOW!.........Thanks for posting that. I do (did) EXACTLY that all the time..... looks like I have been very lucky! I'm now looking for a good alternative. Anyone got any suggestions? He's right... we all know we should read that boring small print - it might save your life!

    My first ever mod was a set of bigshots with quiet baffles and PC3. I changed to Jug huggers (with quiet baffles) when I fitted the 300 rear because the swingarm didn't clear the bigshots. I now have the stock rear wheel etc back on and I have decided to go back to the bigshots. The tips of the jugs drag too easily and the quality of the chrome on the end caps sucks. (I have read here that it's due to the exhaust blowing between the pipes and the end caps - and should be sealed....... even

    Cheers Ken - I have done most of my riding in the rain here in Ireland this year - so I'm getting used to it! I went armed to the teeth to fight the midges - tiny sword, shield... you will never take my freedom etc etc.... but I only really experienced them on the way to the pub at Loch Ness... I found that if you cover yourself in Guinness they stay away....so I had to drink loads of it every night just in case! Marco Polo - I would agree with you on the wind thing - it must be well "rooted"

    Right........ Here we go then..... This is the short version! LOL! I left home at 5 am to make the 120 miles to Dublin, to catch the 8.00 ferry to the UK. Crossed Wales... Stayed at my daughters in Hertfordshire for a couple of days. On Sunday, I went to London to visit Tomba..... had a good day! Headed north on Tuesday morning via Newcastle. I wanted to go that way to see the Angel of the North sculpture - impressive! Then north towards Edinburgh. I had a quick visit to Lindasfarne Island and then
