  • Re: SoCal Bike Night

Jerome, I wish I could go on a ride on Sunday but I have a crazy day already scheduled. Starting with taking my mom to chruch in Long Beach, hosting a cub scout outing and taking the kids to their basketball games.

Frank you better get better soon before everyone sells their warrior! I still think Chris has his but its for sale. Now Beau, and Carlos considering it! I dont think Jerome and Ali rides theirs much and dont know what happened to Alan! He use to be a regular on here! What happened to Ron and Dave? We all should go on atleast on one more warrior ride with everyone.

  • Re: the ripsaw pipe

I slapped a set of Ripsaw on my brother in laws warrior. It was quite loud and was a pain in the butt to line up the outer heat shield! The pipes does not come with any baffles so it sounds like a diesel truck with its jake brake when you get off the throttle. the pipe diameter is also smaller than the V & H on my warrior. It ripsaws looks sweet but personally, I perfer my V &H.

  • Re: Fat tire question

Personally, I went with the 240 and did the swing arm and rim exhange. Having the swing arm shaved and returned worked well for me along with going with chrome rims. Remember when you step up to a fat tire beside your rim getting stretched to a 8 or 8.5 the diameter also goes up from a 17 to a 18 inch rim.
  • Re: Any Good Riding Destinations?

I saw my buddy Bob today who was planning on going for a ride with us but couldnt get his Vstar 1100 started. The weather looks pretty gloomy anyways so we decided to just hang out and skip the ride. He said that he is being shipped to Afganistan to help out over there and will take a ride with us when he returns! I will let him know that fellas from the forum appreciates his contribution and hope he come back soon. Thanks!
