Bike as it was in, June 2005
Motor:
Speedstar motor with ported heads and oversized +2mm valves. Recall performed w/ roadstar 5th gear swap. Barnett carbon fiber friction plates w/ speedstar diaphragm. Speedstar ECU, with PC3 (bypassed until mapped). Chruchkey V-BAK (airkit) and V&H propipe with billet endcap.
Chassis
03-05 R6 wheels. 240 rear wheel conversion with swingarm modification and inverted 02 R1 rear caliper w/ 03-05 R6 rotor. 04-05 R1 radial forks and calipers with 320mm R1 rotors.
Body
Factory tank with cosmetic metal stretch. Factory rear fender modified with internal struts. Rear fender is lowered, valanced, and canted up at the rear. 03-05 R1 front fender. Paint is Dupont Chromabase/ clearcoat. Color is black and metallic red with reverse flame graphic styled after Yamahas' limited 03 paint scheme for the R6 and R1. Taillight is recessed flush with fenders edge. Hand fabricated leather solo seat, grey w/ red stiching.
Accessories
Resin coated Carbon fiber dash and gas cap surrounds. Chrome PM foot controls with black anodized foot pegs. Chrome OMP hand controls and master cylinder. Briaded-stainless brake lines and cables. Yamaha "T" handlebar, internally wired. Polished aluminum frame inserts. Powdercoated 02 aluminum speedstar scoop and Yamaha billet engine acessories. Powdercoated pushrod tubes and rockerbox covers. Badlands Whiskers license plate frame with integrated turnsignals. Yamaha accessory chin spoiler and mini fairing.
Bike sold in three hours after listing on theCycle trader online. I own a 05 shift red R1 now but still have a wealth of Warrior knowlege that will take a nuclear meltdown to vanquish, well..., that and a Service manual... LOL
