Well I'm interested, since I finally did some reading and found out the I didn't have to move the coils. (Read in other posts that the coils would get too hot under tank.) I guess my question is that the kit that moves the rectifer will it get hot in it's new location? Lastly what else would I have to do to my bike to get the idea sitution out of this kit? I have a stock bike with Bigshots and PC3. Thanks

    Lagalaxy8,

With the Pro kit you have the option of moving the rectifier. It will locate between the coils on the coil bracket. Unlike some other bikes I have owned the Warrior rectifier barely gets warm to the touch.

The only other thing you will need to do is ride it & enjoy it.

A custom map couldn't hurt, if you're not using one already. Remapped with Woody's kit I was right @ 93/110. Pretty pleased with that!

Yea the only map I have is for the bigshots. So I would have to go and have it Dyno. How much does this run on average? Also would I need to do the AIS block too? Thanks for the help guys.

You can do an AIS blockoff temporarily for the dyno pull(s), but if you're going through the trouble of installing Churchkey's kit (or any BAK), might as well yank the AIS as well. Anyway, dynojet dyno pulls average about $250 OTD, including as many runs as it takes to finish the map - at least that's about what it runs out here in CA. Both the V-BAK kit and dyno runs are definitely worth the money, IMHO.

Holy crapola $250 for a Dyno Run. So I also need to get the Ais Blockoff from Barons. Well it sounds like Churchkeys kit might be the way to go for a quick power fix. But if it's going to run like crap and I'll have to Dyno it I guess I'll wait. $250 is a lot to throw into the air.

I'm ordering the pro-pipe and pcIII and I think your V-bak is just what im looking for. Is there a picture in the gallery that shows a close up of your stack? Also, do you have any pro kits left ready to ship.

Dusty, There is a PIC in my gallery of the Pro kit installed on my bike. The opening post on this topic lists the components that are included with either kit.

I have one Pro kit ready for shipping & another 6 should be ready Monday.

It is a good chunk of change , but it's not just a dyno run. It's a custom map made for your bike in your area. I was surprised how smooth mine ran thru the entire rpm range when I had mine done. It did hurt my budget, but I'd do it again.
