Very Cool! Thanks DFW_Warrior![8D]
For what its worth, I offer a quick visual guide for spark plug health...
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (not necessarily in that order):
25.76 KBI recently bought my used 2002 Warrior and am awaiting delivery of my PCIII, but I went ahead and performed this fun little project anyway. Thanks to the detailed 'how-to' it worked like a champ on the first attempt.[

My jumper in action!:
48.3 KBI pulled both codes and adjusted each cylinder a couple times and drove it for a test run each time. Since mine were set really rich, I leaned it up a bit and took it for a test drive. I definitely noticed a marked change in power and in the tone of the exhaust - it seemed less 'loud' and a bit underpowered than before. The second time I made it a bit more rich and drove it around a bit again - I can see where the change is gradual and a dynamometer would come in really handy right now.
I'm going to try a couple more settings and see if I can find my sweet spot. What concerned me and made me want to try this was when I swapped out the plugs that came with the bike a couple weeks back I found them pretty black and looking like it was running too rich.
Any reason why the two cylinders would have such disparate settings? Should the second cylinder be adjusted the same as the first? What are the max ranges for adjustment? Are these too many questions?[

The more I look around on this forum, the more I learn from happy Warrior owners! Thanks!
