Well, trooper called me today, they are negotiating with the dad for the son to turn himself in....Son was driving, and denies it, I found out the greenskeeper on the golf course saw it happen and agrees with my story. They are being way more patient than I would be, tell the dad they are coming to arrest him (he's the registered owner of the car) the son would turn up much quicker.
at least it's progress. they are giving him a day or so (I'm sure a lawyer is explaining to him how screwed he is right now) if he doesn't come in, they will serve an arrest warrent.
