I just got off the phone with Doug from Wicked Bros. Exhaust in Mesa Arizona. He said these pipes for the Warrior are a fairly new product for them. Here are the questions I asked and the answers I got:



QUESTIONS FROM FIRST PHONE CALL WITH WICKED BROS EXHAUST.

1. Are these actually made for the Warrior? Yes.

2. Do they have heat shields? Yes, they have full heat shields, only a small section right near the head is not shielded and might show bluing.

3. Do they have a stepped header design? No.

- He mentioned pipe sizes of 1 3/4" and 2" are used in fabrication.

- Some can't be used with stock right side air box.

- Can choose between chrome finish or black ceramic coated.

- First 3 are going for $599.00 / Group Buy price so far is $549.00 + free shipping.



QUESTIONS WERE ARE WAITING TO GET ANSWERED.

1. Will any of these choices scrape in right hand turns?

2. Will the Group Buy price drop even more for each 5 purchases?

3. Can we get pictures of these pipes on a Warrior?

4. Are the heat shields welded or clamped to the pipes?

5. What is the diameter of the pipes including heat shield?

6. Are the "Undertakers" made or going to be made for the Warrior?

7. Can we choose to buy them in raw finish?

Nice designs. I would like to see the ones in the top picture on a Warrior.

Actually I am very interested in the first one and would love it if someone who is handy with photo shop would put it on a Warrior for us to see how it would look. []

Dude....number 3 has got my attention. Very cool!

number 3 is awesome. I'd be intersted to see it installed on a warrior.

I am interested in the 2:1 3rd from top, 2nd from bottom. Especially since they have it listed as a "performance" pipe. Wonder if they would be open to a group buy?!?![]

I'm not a big 2into1 kinda guy but that third one down has my attention

Do the pipes come with baffles of any kind, or would torque cones be recommended? Have they actually tested these on any Warriors yet??

i really like the first one too.

I do like 2 and three, especially 3 ,but wonder how much heat it would put off on yorr calf and ankle area of your leg, wouldnot seem so bad it the winter, but summer time?

Has anyone done a Photoshop of them on a Warrior yet??

guys, just a suggestion if you are serious about a group buy:

1. Pick one person to talk to them as a representative of the others who are interested.
2. Start a list for the potential group buy
3. Try not to limit the buy to just one model. ie what discount can be provided if we as a group bought into their line of exhausts...
4. Nail down a minimum buy for the % discount
5. Be aggressive in asking for the discount, after all this is the largest concentration of Warriors out there. You might want to mention how many members we have..
6. Once a list is established, invite the vendor to the link...
