    To be honest I didn't read through the 7 pages to find out if anyone mentioned it... I really like shopping on their website as it is so easy to find the right part for the right bike. Great customer service but their website is what really makes it easy....

    just went to phats a few weeks ago.pretty cool store, they had some bikes on display.the service is awesome too.fast shipping, good prices. overall good experience with them.

    Well I have to say, I had some thing I needed to return and then a part that was back ordered. Matt emailed me to keep me in the loop constantly....Thanks Matt!!

    I can't wait, I have two more shipments that need to come in...bling and some riding gear!! Can't wait....saved a buttload with that 5% discount too, probably over 75 bucks now!!

    Alright, I started poking around to see how long the free shipping was taking (I'm in Ohio) and found my answer on the pipes. With the free shipping, the price is about $20 better than the next best price I've seen on street sweepers, although I swear I saw them for $399 SOMEWHERE and just can't find the link.

    So, what's everyone's experience with shipping?

    Free T-Shirt sealed the deal for me. [8D]

    Does the discount not apply to pipes? I will admit I've skimmed the 8 pages here...not read thoroughly...just put in an order for some street sweepers and tried to apply the discount...and the site said "Your order does not contain qualifying products for this coupon."

    they give a great discount, but i got horrible customer service when i ordered my mirrors, but when i ordered the lowering kit, and other suck items, they were quick to ship, and always on time. guess i cant complain to much, we did get them before the dragon.

    I ordered my big shots and PCIII through them and had good communication and pretty quick shipping. The free shipping was suprisingly fast.

    They stiffed me on the free t-shirt though.


    Shirt showed up today.

    just wanted to add to all the praises. just got my first order in and place my second order. didn't know about the discount on the first order though...would have been nice to offset the taxes since i'm in Cali. can't wait for all the parts to get in!

    It is because they are "chrome cast" not billet. But I have been thinking about getting one myself.

    Hey guys from Phats, since you offer free shipping to the US for orders over $99, how about some kind of reduced shipping rate for you friendly neighbours to the north? You already eat the cost of shipping for US customers; it can't cost that much more to ship to Canada.
