More like a topple. Not really the life threatening crash to make one give up bikes, like the media made it out to be. Of course if he su*ks that bad, maybe he SHOULD give up riding anyway.

Without the second amendment, the rest do not matter.

Insurance? Why would he want that? The pocket change that fell out when he gracefully plopped was probably enough to cover the dents and the upgrade to a Bentley. haha

I'd wondered why nobody else noticed that he was passing on the right side....serves him right, sorry to say. Poor multi-millionaire. Maybe his even stranger and richer wife can adopt a couple of politicians so he can do that legally...not. Wink

It's not illegal to lane split or pass on the right in California. Amazingly, the concept of slower traffic keeping right is actually almost completely foreign here somehow and in the bay area it doesn't work anyway because even most surface streets now have HOV lanes that are on the right instead of the left. He just needs to pay better attention to what the hell he's trying to do. I don't understand how this is news but whatever floats people's boat I guess.
