Warrior of the Month, Who, Whats and How too's.

     Warrior of the month format.

We will take the members with the three (3) highest vote totals. After which nominations for that month will be closed. The nominated members will then be voted on for a two week period to determine the winner.

Warrior of the month nominating rules.

    1) Nominated bike owner must have more the 50 posts.

    2) Do not nominate 2 bikes.

    3) This is not a chat board, chat about the bikes in another section other than here.

    4) The nominated bike can not have won Warrior of the Month within the past year.

    5) You must use the "forum" name for the nominated bike owner.

    Warrior of the month winners.

You are required to have a good photo of your bike in your gallery. You must turn in a description of modifications, paint or parts added that makes the bike stand out.

I have a question????? If someone re-customizes the same bike so that it is totally different, can you still vote for the same owner/bike even though he has won in the last year ? I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I just wanted to know if you have considered it. I am thinking about doing mine this winter if it doesn't sell. Your rule 4 does say "nominated bike" I am thinking about pipes, paint, fenders, and chrome parts, wheels and even wheel sizes and tire sizes . The bike will have a totally different look. Thanks, Zip

I understand your point but until the bike goes past that anniversary date of its win, it still can not win again. Example being if you had a custom paint shop or the means to change paint multiple times a year the same bike could be there each vote.

With all due respect to you Scott, I'm not talking about a paint job here, and I don't own a paint shop. Both fenders, seat, pipes, wheels and tires, and their size, paint, lighting, etc. as we say in Pa ain't just a paint job, and no one does that a few times a year. It may sell and if it does, I'll be back with a new ride any way. But thanks for the time and doing such a good job for us in doing the WOM. Without you guys who do the work, we wouldn't have such a good forum. So you guys should set the rules. So I'll accept your answer and agree to disagree with the decision. lol Later

What if you totally redo your bike AND have a bunch of plastic surgery and totally redo your appearance too?  (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

    Is WOTM dead again?

Don't touch that please, your primitive intellect wouldn't understand alloys and compositions and things with... molecular structures.

The last WOM was in June. I would consider that a "yes".

Agreed, but if it were to come back to life next month I think it would be great. There are a lot of nice bikes that have been introduced since June.

the former format of WOM is dead. New format starts Jan 1st. I made an effort to catch us up which we did, but since a few did not bother to look at the previous winners or could follow some of the set rules that had been in place since the WOM started, I'm letting that end and starting fresh 2010.

1)We now have rules set and posted.

2)Different format and voters will need to stay up to date with their voting and watching the thread.

Zip as I said I know what you are talking about but still no, not untill the following year.

Wolfy show them both and hope both win but if the (example '05) wins but the '04 doesnt, the '04 can stay in the voting.

    thanks guys
