Mad Dog Customs in Lake Wylie SC

    Normal 0

I just wanted to take a second to plug a GREAT shop in Lake Wylie that I visited today.  Mad Dog Custom Cycles is awesome.

Normal 0 My buddy and I just popped in as we were driving by out of curiosity and they were awesome.  I had a rubbing on the bike during decel and I thought it was the belt.  The tech came out and took a look and said it was way too tight.  He then told me to wheel it out back and he'd fix it for me for free??!!??  He aligned the rear wheel and loosened the belt and wouldn't let me give him a dime.

Who does that in this day and age???  Well it worked, the rub is gone and I'm a customer for life.  I'm a customer service manager, and I tell you that's how it's done.

They are truly good people.  They are HIGHLY reccommended by me.  If you are ever in the area stop by.

I just couldn't believe the guy did the work for free, wouldn't let me give him 1 penny.  That's a great shop.

He could of easily told me it would run me $20 and I'd of had no clue and I'd of paid it.

Actually I forgot the best part.  I went to the first shop looking for baffles and they quoted me $90 for the baffles and $50 to install.  When I went to Mad Dog they said, get ready for this, $7.00 for the baffles and $20-$30 to install.  It would cost less for the entire job then the other shop was going to charge just to put baffles in!!!??!!?

That's really cool of them...Wish we had more shops like that. I would think that if you were a good customer of a small business, they could throw you a bone every now and then, but to help you out like that is the way to gain a customer. Yes
