How to make it go faster?

G'day all, it's been a while......... anyway, my mates got a 08 Harley fat bob, with cams, exhaust, power commander & exhaust. up until now, there's nothing in it performance wise (mines an 03 Warrior with a slip on Jardine pipe and that's all!) however, he's just gone from 96 to 103 cubes and some head work, so I'm stuffed!!!! so it's time for some help guys..... what's the best and most affordable way to get the beast going even harder? I guessing big air kit & power commander? but I'm open to all suggestions (what to use, where to get, etc.) head work & more cubes as well???? any thoughts would be great, thanks

Exchange it for an R1.  That'll teach him...

The speed* kit would do the job. Big bore kit would certainly help. The only way to answer your question is to know how much you are willing to spend.

A BAK with powercommander and a dyno tune will get a good 10 HP more.

After that it starts getting expensive

Ah but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now.

HC pistons with cams and springs along with that Power Commander should do it.  If not go with the 108 cu in kit.
