Abaco21:
There's always a 1000 lb gorilla in the room of these conversations which never gets mentioned ... rider weight. Hp to weight ratios are completely critical to track coverage. And with the low vehicle weight of a motorcycle, the difference when one bike is sporting a 160lb rider and the other is lugging along with a 230 lb rider is HUGE!
So if you want to know what's really affecting the results of these street races, hit the scales and add the weight difference to all the formulations you're using to explain who's beating who!
Peace,
Steve
6'3" @256lbs ... I'm screwed. I need to race tanks.
Being a bigger guy does put us at a little disadvantage. I am lighter but still good size at 6'3" 215lb. It forces me to bump smaller people into the wall when riding go-carts.
