HA HA HA HA Look brit this is what a photo of a spitfire looks like, (Brit has some great photos of clouds, as nice as they look they are only clouds Andy lol) Some great photos Ken it was really good to be out of the house with the boys and yourself again. me and andy had a good ride home with minor upsets (speed camras and a red light i just did not see oooops) but we are already planning next years ride to the wall.

Hope to see you and sean and the crew down at mine in the near future all the best and thanks for doing lead rider.

Marc, I did not know that you and Andy had said to James the American, that you would be stopping for something to eat on the way back, if I had known I would have stopped off at Fradley Junction, a pub along side a canal which is a bit of a bikers pub which we passed just before Rugeley...Sorry

What a truly cracking day guys.  Superb to ride with you all again, even if we were winging through flashing speed cameras and the odd red light :-)  Super to see you again Marc & Ken and I just LOVE the new VMax, ok ok, I can get used to the space age pipes I s'pose Wink

Great pics Ken, especially the one of the Spitfire!  I'll have to cut that out and paste it into my picture of the clouds, LOL.

I was truly humbled by the thousands of bikers that were there paying their respects.  I was also blown away by the fact that I bumped into a guy that I served with about 15 years ago, what a small world.

I was alos blown away by the fact that Kenko carries a Post-It Note pad and pen on his bike!  The man has EVERYTHING Big Smile

Here's the plan for next year:  Everyone rides up to my place in Dudley on the Friday night for a boozy sleepover.  I'll get the bar open and we can phone in the Pizza.  The next morning I'll get one of my Chefs to knock up a fat boys breakfast and then we'll all ride up to Alrewas BEFORE the throng leaves Drayton Manor.  If we get the timing right then we'll get to park in the main car park and can watch the billions of bike arriving.  All would be welcome.

I'll post up more about it closer to the date once it's been set by the organisers.

He must have ditched the Mars bar he had under the saddle to make room for them then.
