    Broken fuel tank bracket

    Anyone besides me have their fuel tank bracket crack?

    Yes.  so many in fact, there was a recall for it.  I would say yours didn't get done.  Have your dealer check the VIN.

    That recall was for the brackets cracking the tank, and spilling gas on a hot engine.  I had that recall done.

     This spring the mounting tabs cracked off the bracket.

    Not on my ride, but i've seen this similar failure that's posted in your gallery on a couple of other early Warriors back when i first joined the forum. I assume you've done the fuel tank bracket recall with the rubber damper!

     If you dont want to pay to replace it, mail it to me with return shipping and I'll weld it up for you and send it back. I'll turn it around over night.

    damn cheap Harley parts, you pay top dollar and they're still junk,  when will they learn to make a quality product?

    Items #12 and #14 plus two #17 are the dampers the folks above have inquired about.  If you have 'em all the bracket shouldn't have broken or at least that is the theory.
