We need more info. Did you change just the rear turns to LED or the Front run/turns also. What is happening?

If you just changed the rear turns to LED you just need one kuryakin 2 amp load equalizer. It is a 3 wire equalizer, it will have two purple wires and on black. Wire it in line with the rear turn signal wires and ground and you will be good to go.

If you changed the front RUN/Turns to LED you will need another 2 amp load equalizer wired into the front turn signals. You will also need to come up with something to draw on the running light wire. You will need to either wire a regular bulb inline with it.(Running light wire is light blue. You can put the bulb in the headlight bucket) Or you can go with this automotive type relay to accomplish the same thing.

There is a cheaper solution.  Live with the faster blink rate and only use your key to turn the bike off.

No .... this is not a fool proof solution, around the double faced syndrome, unless the bike is placed in Neutral before turning off the ignition key.

If left in gear the Speedo lighting will flash dimly causing the battery to go dead overnight Surprise Sad

Regarding the fast flash rate .... to each their own .... but at some point in time if the T/S resistance is extremely high a LEQ or equiv will be req'd to correct the situation if there is a solid light Smile

I agree. I actually LIKE having a faster click rate. Everyone seems to notice it faster than they did before it started. I mean I have people at lights tellin me," hey your blinker is pretty fast is it supposed to be that way?"  I just ask them if they noticed it pretty easy, when they say "YES" I say " Then it's doin its job". Love it or hate it I enjoy being noticed seemingly easier because of the annoying blink rate.

    Re: electrical system

I like the faster blink rate as well.  I never even considered changing it.  For me, it's not a problem putting the bike in neutral before turning the key. It's a pretty easy thing to do.   I have done it that way with every bike I have ever owned.  It's second nature to me.  And, being the cheap SOB what I am, if it wasn't I'd damned sure make it so rather than spend money I didn't need to.
