Hey Guys Im planing my winter mods. I have a 02 i have up graded to 06 tins and seat. Im thinking to change the front forks, wheal, brakes, ect to a R1     04-06.  Am i making a mistake by going so new (Will it lower the front end too much?) Im wanting better braking and i like the looks of the 5 spoke wheel and the tires are much easer to get in 17"  I already have a 06 Warrior rear wheel to match.  OR should i hold out for a 07-08 R1 front end $$$$

I was thinking the 07-08 R1 front end doesn't easily fit the Warrior however do a search for 'R1 Front End' there's ink here someplace on trees, and on brakes.

I have dun the "Search" Did not find anything on the newer front ends. I may be the first!!!!!
