Ok the live chat is now split up so that when you go to the parts accessory catalogs, you will only get someone in the parts dept. So if you are going to chat, go to the catalogs page....Thanks!!

I'm happy to say the last order arrived on-time and as-scheduled, so I've placed another order with MSSS.  Bill was very helpful, and damn he's polite (we have to fix that!) LOL.  Seriously, MSSS seems to be doing good by us.  Thanks to those who suggested I give 'em a try.

I'm proud to have him on the team - no doubt! 3 weeks with us & he's hit the ground running.

OK the lowering kit arrived yesterday right on time, that's two for two!  The chrome I ordered on the 16th can't be too far behind.  Then once I decide which coils I want I'll get those ordered.  Thanks!

Re: MSSS.com Introduces A New Parts Manager!!!

I just ordered parts worth of $700.00 and spoke with Bill over the phone to confirm the shipping details.
I will purchase any time parts from MSSS. Great prices and top service from Bill.

The BILL coupon will not work anymore as of November 1st... so hurry up and order your parts. Big Smile

Hmm Mike, do MSSS sell the Dyna DC2-1 coils and DW800 wires? I need those also, I better give them a call.

GOT THEM and they look shaweeeetttttt

Have to close this of with a bit of constructive critisism to MSSS.com do not wait for your customer ta ask questions about his delayed orders but contact him yourself on a regular interval, that way he will not be feeling left in the cold.

I understand you have no control over back orders, but the not knowing or even not responding to questions, could verry quickly turn a good partnership down the drains...

To close of: received my order in full, excellent shipping quality and excellent quality of items

The backorder thing has always been a problem in my eyes & 1 that we are trying to work on. I feel like if an order is not shipped within 5 days, we need to find out why & call/email the customer. Easier said than done with the volume of orders we get. As I stated earlier in this post we are beefing up the staff. We hired a new man that starts this Monday (Barry - barry@motorsportssuperstore.com). We have added another phone line with more to come after we get new guys settled in. I hope you all have seen better email service already & finally the live chat is up & running (we're all getting used to that - never dreamed it would get so much traffic). Thanks for the business guys & look for something exciting & different come Nov 1!!!

    Bill, Scott, Barry . . .

The Dynatek DC2-1 coil set for the Warrior - are they 6v or 12v? (see the interesting footnote in my post 10-30-08 below!)

The price includes both coils, right? (yes)

I'm ready to order, hopefully the website description is simply a typo from someone who is as tired and worn out as me!

I ran thru the Dynatek website and it confirms the price is for two coils.  It doesn't say anything about voltage being 12v.

    Thanks.

We called Dynatek to be on the safe side & they said it was 12V.

Re: MSSS.com Introduces A New Parts Manager!!!

Thanks for the info on Dyna coils. I think they are 6V each, connected in series for each cylinder for a total of 12V.
Dennis Kirk or any other site shows them as 6V coils also...

I love the new chat system. I was able to verify the order status with Scott, in 2 minutes.
The wire harness assy I ordered just arrived into MSSS stock, straight from Japan. I asked them to ship all parts in one box, once they all get there...
