will a newer roadstar rear pulley fit as well? i wasn't sure between the 1600s and 1700s. any info would be appreciated. thanks!
Yes, the '04' & > are offset 1/8" closer to the inside of the swing arm and use a 1-1/8" x 70T rear pulley. Here's a url to '05' Road* documented comnparison & Warrior rear pulleys:

The outer edge of the belt will run closer to the inside outer flange of the front pulley. If this disturbs you, remove the studs from the hub and have it refaced 0.120" max. The stock configeration should work. A visual inspection of the current belt tracking will confirm or deny the aforementioned!
