Who are these guys?

Just a quick really meaningless question. Beside my name on the right hand side there are two bobble head guys. Not everyone has them. What are they all about?

I had to ask too. They are the indicators that that member is logged in.

Actual LOL here... "The Indicators" sounds like a movie.
