I have been a member of this site for a long time and I think this is my first post.  Just wanted to let all the members know; I recieved the worst service EVER from this company!  I have purchased all of my parts on line from ebay, dennis kirk and list goes on and on (I am a mod o holic) over the 4 years I have owned my bike.  Jason in service and Scott the gm at the dealership do not have our best interest at hand.  If it were my call this company would not be allowed to advertise on this site.  I ordered 4 gaskets back on April 29th to complete my speed* cam mod.  Suffice to say that after 8+ phone calls and me offering to pay for overnight shipping,  I recieved 3 of the 4 gaskets on Tuesday May 13.  At this time I contacted Scott Robertson the GM and was told "the best he could do" was to refund my money and get the gasket locally or order from the warehouse in Marrietta, GA back to the dealership in Alabama, then to me in Braselton, GA.  Yes, it is a $14.00 gasket which is not a lot of money however, myself being a hotel manager would have made things right for the customer after all the issues and the lying.  I was initally told that the head gaskets were in stock at the warehouse in Marrietta and were not.  They ended up having to come from California.  So in closing, Motorsportsuperstore.com sucks and I will personally never order from them again.   

I have ordered from them several times with no issues. I currently have an order pending with them and hope I don't have to eat my words but..

It sucks you had to go through that.  I sure hate it when they give me the round-a-round on crap like that when you are trying to give them you're hard earned money.  Now, I'm not trying to pick a fight with you or defend the vendor's action, but they offered to give you your money back.  Most of the time they will give you credit towards something else or not even give you any options.

I ordered a bunch of chrome and such from them and had no problem.  Even fast delivery. Maybe it was one of those things that occurs every so often.

Sorry you had such a problem but I have had nothing but excellent dealings With Scott!  and if the need arises I will not hesitate to use Them again!

 Wow. I ordered my S*, Flat Bar & risers from Scott. It came within a week of placing the order. When my parts showed up I was missing a couple of bolts for the S*, sent Scott an e-mail, he got me my missing parts in days. 

 I also had a bad experience with them. I ordered over $1000 in chrome and parts from them. They first lost the entire order. Then I had to contact them. They did then send all of the order except one item. Backorder item. They said they would send as soon as available. Wait again. Of course they billed the entire cost of all items to my credit card. When the back order item finally arrived, guess what? They billed me again for the backordered item I had already paid for on my card. I was not happy! I have to say that they did get it credited and appologized for all the problems. I haven't ordered from them again. The discount is great, but cust. service is worth a little more expense to me. I have had real good service from Harper Yamaha in NC. Gary has always been easy to deal with and always been more than fair. I never would have tried MSS if it hadn't been so recommended on this site.

Wow I have placed numerous orders with Scott and his co-horts without issue. Only once did I have a concern and that was because of a backorder. My speedstar pipe arrived days after I ordered and members from other sites were complaining waiting months.

sorry you had issues, my orders from them have been flawless, sometime things fall through the cracks and we forget these things are attached to people who post

I got a tank from them a couple of years back.  good price mediocre service

I've had only one slow item over the years from them, but if you buy a lot of things abroad its bound to happen. We get into a mode where we are used to getting everything right a few times in row that when it does go bad it seems really bad. I dont buy everything from Scott and I'm sure he isn't standing by just waiting for me to order either. Overall have had very good service from them. I dont see a need to ask for them to be removed from sponsorship. Actually talked to Scott this morning, they have two different loggin sites. One that has free shipping and you use your RSW6 discount or the other where its 26% off but you pay for shipping. Depending on how far away you are one will work better then the other for some members. Just sorry you had a bad experience.

I just recieved my first order from them. No problems. I got a near $300.00 jacket for $139.00. Heck of a price, so I ordered some pants too.

I received my new belt from them yesterday. When I had questions about the order someone contacted me within hours. I placed another order.

I am sorry you had problems but I think you are one of few.

I bet that if it is within his power Scott will make it right. He probably isn't going to give you anything for free "And he shouldn't" but he seems to want to do a good job.
