I have been a member of this site for a long time and I think this is my first post. Just wanted to let all the members know; I recieved the worst service EVER from this company! I have purchased all of my parts on line from ebay, dennis kirk and list goes on and on (I am a mod o holic) over the 4 years I have owned my bike. Jason in service and Scott the gm at the dealership do not have our best interest at hand. If it were my call this company would not be allowed to advertise on this site. I ordered 4 gaskets back on April 29th to complete my speed* cam mod. Suffice to say that after 8+ phone calls and me offering to pay for overnight shipping, I recieved 3 of the 4 gaskets on Tuesday May 13. At this time I contacted Scott Robertson the GM and was told "the best he could do" was to refund my money and get the gasket locally or order from the warehouse in Marrietta, GA back to the dealership in Alabama, then to me in Braselton, GA. Yes, it is a $14.00 gasket which is not a lot of money however, myself being a hotel manager would have made things right for the customer after all the issues and the lying. I was initally told that the head gaskets were in stock at the warehouse in Marrietta and were not. They ended up having to come from California. So in closing, Motorsportsuperstore.com sucks and I will personally never order from them again.
