Ive taken two different sets of wheels to them to have tires put on - needless to say they seemed to make a bigger deal out of the "little" scratches and chips on my wheels when i first showed them than they did the gouges (that went to the metal) they inflicted. Quote - "im not going to charge you for the install, but im sure you could go get the wheel repainted or at least touched up for 60-80 bucks. F*^%ing "nitwit" service department. I know for a fact the guy who installed my tires this last time no longer works for them.
I praise the sales - they are good people, its the sevice department, among lack of customer service, i will never trust again.
