    Suspension question?

This is my problem; I need to lower the suspension on my warrior an inch or so. Short legs, so I have to lean to one side or the other to put a foot flat on the ground. Would it be better to lower it or just make the rear suspension softer so the bike will squat a little more when on it.  Thanks Scotty.

You'll regret making it softer. Slam it that inch with a suspension lowering kit and go 1,000# Eibach.  The part# is in my gallery if helpful.

    Agreed here also,

I used Ram396 lowering links and 1000lb eibach and went from standing on my toes at a stop light to flatfoot.

I agree with lowering it. It will be functional for you and looks good too. Many members lower their bikes just for the looks.

Lower it.I have the pacific coast star lowering links and still used stock spring with no problems.I just tighened down the compression nut on the spring stiffening a little as to not bottom out.My wife rides with me and we have no problems with the stock spring.

+1 slngshott, but go ahead with the 1000lb Eibach unless you and the wife weigh nothing. IMO

I just did the flip and grind, and kept the stock spring. Free mods rule! And my wife rides with me too, and we have yet to bottom out. You'll love it.
