My little brother and I just got back from a week-long Oregon coast run. I rode the VStar and had a great time but man I wish I'd bought a seat first like I said before. The Mustang on the Warrior has spoiled me!

I had time and it didn't rain yesterday so I completed the relay wiring for the Kuryakyn silver bullet driving lights, installed the chrome fender tip onto the rear of the front fender, did some scheduled maintenance, cleaned the motor and polished the tins and chrome. Then I started thinking. It seems like I haven't been asking very much for this bike and haven't advertised it anywhere except here. Yesterday I remembered that I love this damn v-star its a great machine and tours so nice and when you see it in the sunshine it pops and gleams. On the one hand I'm astounded it hasn't sold at such a cheap price but it turns out that's a good thing because I want to keep it and its no longer for sale! I'm going to shop for a Mustang Vintage Tour seat and keep running the bike up and down Hwy 101 for a few more summers!

My problem is I still want a Raider too, so I have to find a way to create more garage space to fit two more bikes (wifey is still shopping for her second bike hmmm). We're looking at building a 20x20 shop where I can move all the tools and roll-aways and even the woodworking saws and crud. That should give enough space to move one bike into the space for maintenance and mods, leaving the rest in the garage. We're very capable of building the shed ourselves and there's a good spot alongside the house since we never use the rv parking area anymore. By any wild chance does anyone have a freebie set of plans for a little out-building like that? I can add the electrical service no problem. Thanks!

Thanks for the 'bump' Marco. Yes, I like the bike a lot and have reservations about selling it - but darnitall I need the garage space for a Raider. I'm replacing the rear brake linings and adding another chrome bit next weekend, and doing a re-wire on the silver bullets so they run with the high beam switch (no separate switch) since that's how I always run them anyway. I plan to ride it down the Oregon coast in a couple weeks to visit family. It carries lots of stuff between the saddle bags and the back seat plus the luggage rack. I like to be gone for a week when I go down the coast so I take extra stuff!

Sure is a nice looking V-Star Mike, bump and good luck. I can't believe you still have it. It would make a great upgrade to my wife's similarly equipped V-Star 650.

I'm asking only the Kelly Bluebook of $4,400.00 (delivered in the Pacific NW). It has all the nice top-quality chrome and extras like bags and shield and driving lights. BTW it now has chrome fender tips on all three fender ends. Yes, I admit it, I'm still working away at making it even nicer, I'm still riding and maintaining it, because its a great riding bike. Reasonable offers from RSW members will be considered as always.

Still looking for offers. 5-Gal tank at +45mpg is 250 miles on a tank. It did 44mpg average round trip in the rocky mountains. Its in great shape and I'll even ride it to the buyer if you want, assuming no snow!! The paint shines like new.

We can both win, you can get a good price and I can get space in the garage to put a Raider!

I just rode this bike from Mt. Hood Oregon to the central Oregon coast, about 200 miles each way, on a solo overnighter. I'm always surprised by how well this bike handles. I don't want to sell it but I really want a Raider and I want to keep my Warrior. So this VStar 1100 Classic is still for sale. PM me!
