'06 midnight RSW Custom 240 rear

I am thinking of selling my '06 Midnight. I have a custom street rod project that needs funds and my priorities put the bike lower than this. It has the AIS block off, Coil relocator plate, VBAK, Power commander, Shogun pipes that have had the shields ceramic coated flat black, powercoated headlight ring, custom internally wired bars, custom mirrors, custom grips, Custom LED tail lights, side plate, custom rear fender, adjustable lowering links w/ new 1000lb spring, black powdercoated 18 in rear wheel with new 240 rear tire/swingarm, new 130 tire up front, Rear brake resovior relocator, chrome right side cover, 65XX miles, serviced with Mobil 1 V-twin, and it has a clear title.

I also have all the origional equipment that came with the bike (except for the exhaust) to include a complete black RSW rear fender with rear seat if the buyer wanted to carry passengers.

I have posted pics in my gallery (yes it is a little dusty but the paint is ingreat shape) e-mail me if you want to see others or want to make an offer.

2007 Yamaha Warrior Midnight Edition – FOR SALE

PRICE REDUCED AGAIN!

I bought this bike in February 2009 from State 8 in Peninsula. I paid over $8,600. Since buying I have put on NEW tires (maybe 100 miles on them) which cost over $500.00. I added Samson Ground Pounder Pipes which cost almost $600.00. I also added a full L.E.D Integrated tail light which looks amazing and is VERY bright so other drivers can see what you are doing… ($240.00) I did a custom Big Air Kit using K&N air filters and paired it with a custom sensor relocation kit $200.00 (this helped clean up the side profiles of the bike). I also installed the black AIS block off kit and a side mount license plate kit with L.E.D light. The bike is absolutely amazing in every way – VERY comfortable to ride – Very FUN to ride – And no one expects it to be a Yamaha when they glance at it… There was a limited number of the Midnight Edition made. I would love to keep the bike but unfortunately times are tough and I have to sell my toy… The bike is a 102 cubic inch V-TWIN and it has a standard 5 speed transmission. She's not a purdy now however. I rebought the bike two years ago and had to rebuild it as the previous owner laid her down and damaged the tank and rear fender. He also let the billet hand controls and foot controls go to *** and I had to toss them out. I've been riding this bike for the last 1.5 years after rebuilding her with a mismatched tank and rear fender and replacing the stock control components. The rear tire has about 1000 miles of use, the front is toast. This bike makes some serious power for a Warrior.

I have some spare parts I'll add to the sale as well:

The stretched tank, strutless rear fender, and integrated solo seat. They need to be some mild body work and paint to look good. Seat could be recovered if you change the color out.

A almost new drive belt (600 miles used).

The remainder of the billet pieces originally on the bike when sold (They were powdercoated when I sold the bike, painted when It returned).

Chin spoiler and mismatched mini fairing.

2003 Warrior, i am in the process of putting the bike back together so there are a few options of how you may want to buy it. I will post the pictures of the damage that totaled the bike, not much at all i just got screwed by the repair shop over charging and getting it totaled. Bike still runs and drives great around 7800 miles on it.

Option #1 buy the bike as is, i have the tins off of it, a new tank on the way and most other parts to reassemble the bike. Including a used big shots exhaust or a good used stock chrome exhasut (you choose). I also have the integrated rear smoke tail light. Parts i havent gotten yet, left side AIS cover, mirror and left grip. I can put it back together so you can drive it home or away and not have to carry it home in boxes. This condition price is $3300.

Option #2 I will put the bike completely back together and paint it in a color of your choosing, you can still choose which exhaust you want. Price $4000. I will require a $500 deposit for the color choosing.

Option #3 Wait a few weeks and see the finished product. It will most likely be a Dark candy blue with some sort or airbrushing done in black( i am thinking skulls right now). $4500.

Option #4 Dont buy it and just admire it when i am finished ;)

The 2005 model is considered one the most well mannered of the Ninja ZX6Rs - enough get up and go to give you a scare without feeling like death is only a twitch of the wrist away. Having ridden a '05 CBR600RR in the past I'd say the Kawa is by far more fun and user friendly.

I'm about to (re)advertise this on Craiglist but obviously would prefer to trade directly for a Warrior from someone who knows and loves their bike (and maybe throw in some cash) as opposed to selling the bike and then searching.

I have to sell my 06 midnight warrior as a result of this BS economy. Cant afford to make payments anymore and im leaving for boot camp in may and i dont know when nor how long ill be back.

approximately 18k miles, regularly serviced. decent shape considering. The bad: needs a drive belt and the front wheel was bent in an accdent (fixable).
Its been down twice. Things that need attention - rear drive pulley was scratched in previous accident, stock mirrors are scratched, and rear turn signals are scratched

2002. 7500 miles. Big Air Kit. Power commander III. Black ceramic coated reinhart pipes. Adjustable air suspension (on board compressor with switch under the seat). Dunlop 250 E3 rear tire. The factory bolts have been replaced with stainless. Custom chopped rear fender. Baron customs forward controls (the rear brake resevior has been relocated). New grips and bar ends. Custom paint (BMW charcoal rally stripe on machine black, flawless). I have detachable back rest and seat. The plate has been relocated. Integrated tail lights. It currently has Yamaha TT bars. I have an extra set of cool black powdercaoted drag bars that are cool looking but not as comfortable. This bike is done right and gets attention everywhere it goes! Well over $18,000 invested. $9,700 obo. Not shown in the pictures is a matching chin spoiler with custom blacked out grill covered with clear polymer to protect paint from stones.
