One of the settings in the accelerator pump software says 'add fuel for this many revolutions' so I set it to zero revolutions. You probably already know that the accelerator pump software is separate from the PC3 software, its on the power commander website near the bottom of this page if you need it:

Hey Arizona...this interests me here. Just how do you disable the feature on the PCIII?

Well I finally deactivated the accelerator pump software this afternoon. I figured that just maybe I should try to save that 20% squirt of fuel every time I twist the throttle hard. I only get 100 miles between fill-up (4 gal) and low fuel light at .8gal remaining, or about 33mpg, so now it'll bounce back up maybe, if I'm a good kid. I know a lot of guys don't care for that feature but I got a kick out of it.

While I was messing around I went ahead and checked to be sure the warm idle throttle% was set to zero. Its nice to have a laptop for the garage I'm already glad we did that.

Last summer I removed the ugly useless rear red-dot reflectors and installed clear LED's that glow red when riding so its still legal, and it looks cool IMO. One LED quit working a couple months ago. I'm still looking for red LED's that are more deep-red in color, same red as the CA tail light, but I still haven't found any that will fit so I went ahead today and replaced the bad LED so both work again.

I even doodled around a little as I went along and started cleaning chrome so maybe tomorrow afternoon we can take the bikes out awhile.
