Fallen Rider - RIP: Ron "RKM"

I got some very sad news this afternoon, that a very good friend Ron (aka "RKM") of mine died in a motorcycle accident last night. [:(]

Information is a little vague right now. But, the word from another good friends of ours (Joe), who lives just a half a block away from Ron.

Word is that a vehicle had made a left turn in front of him as he was on his way home (Temecula) last night. Unfortunitely he didn't survive the accident.

Ron isn't registered on this RSW forum, but those that have gone with me on our monthly camping trips out in the SOCAL desert for some target shooting, dirt biking & ATV, caving, etc. Have more than likely met Ron. Ron was definitely the life of the party, he knew how to have fun.

Ron frequented mostly firearms & dirt biking forums. His handle on the forums was usually "RKM".

Rest in peace Ron, you will be sorely missed good buddy.[:(]

Ron is survived by his wife and four children.

Ron and his youngest son Quinn.

He was riding his Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Mean Streak:

I'll add more info to the thread as I get it.

Wow, news like this really makes you stop and think about how valuable and precious life is. It's very jarring. I'm sorry for your loss. I've always said that God takes the good ones first. I've seen it first hand before. You and his family are in my prayers.

From the looks of the pictures it looks like we all lost a very kind hearted person. I feel so sad for his children who will miss their daddy while growing up. RIP Ron.
