No I only edited it because PEP mentioned that the original download link was down. I would like to hear some feedback so I can maybe tweek the low throttle area some more.

I am currently running the map and still get considerable popping on deceleration. It does seem to be running a little rich but is the best map I have used to date. Thanks for all your work on it. Let us know of any more modifications to it.

    Couple of things:

    1. Had to fix the hosting link to the map...for some reason it wasn't working.

    2. For those of you using the modified map and having some popping, try placing values of 3 from 2000-3500rpm in the 0% column. This may reduce the popping during the shifts and still maintain the fuel economy. I'm going to be analyzing Buckey's map and will comment on it in his thread.

    Re: Modified Amospro map

This past weekend I tried to modify the 0-2% throttle area once again by only using Dynojet, and custom maps based soley on the V&H Pro-pipe, instead of the Bigshot. I ended up with something that most resembled the values in Dynojet 0403-30 (Propipe/BAK). Initially it seemed OK, but it not only did it not reduce Amospro's popping on decel, it created a more pronounced jerkiness as the throttle was being closed and reopened while cruising. Also it made the idle richer than my original modified map. Bottom line: low throttle values soley based on the Pro-pipe does not seem to be the ticket....will report back once I have something substantially more improved...meanwhile back to the drawing board.

Is your updated map your dyno tuned map? I did see you picked up 6hp with your new map. Nice!!
    You can't fix stupid!!!

No it is not. This is still the modified Amospro's map. The shop did not want me to publish my custom map because they kinda know me and think they will lose business. Frankly I'm not too impressed by the custom map...I'll let you know though[;)]

Screw the shop, all the maps on here were someone custom maps, the point is it might work on some and not on others,  It just got to the point where the snitz 4m was not taking any uploads

1 did you change the resolution from the original rpm/points

2 did you add the acellerator pump - the orignal map needed it of the bottom

If you want it done right, do it yourself - then explain what you did to the engineer.

    Re: Modified Amospro map

Hey guys! Pretty new to the posting thing but figured I'd throw my two cents in. I have been looking all over for diff maps tyring to cross ref. and hopefully tweak the Dynojet map and improve on it. I referenced the Amospro map but couldn't really use it as I don't have the BAK on my bike ( V&H Big Shots and stock intake) and thought it would run awful rich. I also came to the conclusion that the stock Dyno-jet map for my pipes was a little fat in the mid and lean on top. Fat in mid causing that dreaded pop on throttle chops due to excess fuel in pipe hitting clean air from backpressure. I added a little fuel on the 0 value and leaned out the mid slightly but also gave it some more up top because if I'm really running it hard it will use it. My whole reason for this is that I thought there might be a few more guys out there not running the BAK kits and maybe I could get some feedback from them. Little too cold in upstate NY to test this map but I will let anybody who wants feedback on it know.
