I've got Propipe with stock baffle, Churchkey VBAK and PCIII USB and loaded up your map today and it works just fine for me as well! Allthough it worked fine as it was, I've been trying a bit of tweaking. After reading what Oliver wrote about the downside of having + values in the zero column I zeroed the whole column, I also zeroed the whole 2 column, it seems to work better that way for me! I'll go on trying out tweaking, this was a really good map to start out with, as it was it worked quite a bit better than the map on the powercommander website for Propipe with street baffle and stock air filter which in turn worked better than the map for Bigshots and K&N filters which was loaded when I bought the PCIII USB, it's a used one, used for 600 km then he sold the bike.
