    Raptor Shift Light (Install)

    Raptor wiring to ECU

    Green wire connects to....Orange/Black

Red connects to....Blue (running light or any power source)

    Black Ground to Black Ground....

Also, the directions that come with The Raptor Shift light pertaining to the position of the toggle switches are not correct. All 3 toggle switches are in the down position for the Warrior. It will not work any other way.

I mounted it on the right side of my tach cover. See picture below.

very kewl! Is it waterproof? Does one have to worry about the electronics when washing the bike or riding in the rain?

Any up date on performence? how easy it is to setup the RPM at which you want it to activate?

Very easy to set up to desired rpm setting. I have mine at 5500 rpm's (Speedstar ECU) red light flashes, I shift. I never have to worry about bouncing off my rev limiter with the Raptor Shift Light.

I've had mine since end of season last year (blue leds). Luv it. However, just yesterday my raptor started blinking during idle. Any idea what this is caused by? I used a 3-way wire tap to get the tach signal off the ECU and am wondering if the contact is loose....
Do these things have error codes or anything like that? It seems to be flashing at a pattern of 3 blips periodically....

Great light!!! I have a Pro Cycle on my KZ1000 (1135cc), and I like the Raptor much better. A lot less to hook up, and nothing to hide!
