Good question.  Each bike's set-up is different, but generally speaking if you remove baffles you remove backpressure and generally the bike runs more lean, so you might need to enrichen, then read your spark plugs, etc. until its where it should be.  I don't want to guess how much fuel to add but maybe others will chime in.  Start by adding 2 units maybe?

Wire 27/29 remaining disconnected must not be a problem if your bike has been running that way all the time.  I've never read of anyone leaving it disconnected.  Again, I don't want to guess what affect this might have but maybe others will chime in.

Quick question my ecu has already been adjusted for bub hugger pipes with baffles and spped star intake. I removed baffles should I add fuel or take away and about how much. Also when I was checking my ecu I found pin 27 removed from connecter. What will this cause it wire is always unpluged from ecu. They did not cut wire and add quick connects.

These bikes all seem to be individuals.  If you 'read' your plugs and they are correct, then your settings are correct.

Sorry can't be more help.  There is no known 'factory baseline' as these bikes exit the factory they are tuned to 'what they need.'

Hey Bro good to hear from you.  Yes, I've heard there is a different harness, or a difference in the harness, in certain European bikes but not in other European bikes.  That could involve this wire, I hadn't considered that!

 In regards to the ECU bump, how long does it take for a typical spark plug to react to the change in fuel mixture? Seems like changing the color of the white piece would take some time to burn off/on any color.

ECU Bump, or any other periodic checks, its all the same.  You'll want to clean and gap the plugs every time, and be sure they go back into the same hole they came out of.  You'll be surprised at how fast the plugs are marked, usually withing 20 miles of riding.  If its very heavily rich it takes a few minutes.

 Just did this today Thank you soooo much... the instructions were SPOT on! Anyone have a link on how to check (remove and gap) the spark plugs... :( I'm new to this... also why only check the left side ones are they just easier to access.

With the right tools Its possible to get the left side plugs out without removing the airbox.  Its also possible without pulling the fuel tank but the tank comes off so fast its easier to pull it and get better access to the left side plugs.

 If you have to clean and gap the left side plugs, it means you also have to clean and gap the right side plugs.  The Service Manual has the several steps needed to pull the airbox so you can get easy access to the right side plugs.  But for just reading plugs that are not fouled its cool to pull just the left side plugs.
