    Year Warrior: 2002
    Seat Brand: Corbin
    Seat Model: Young Guns
    How Long Installed: 13 months
    Seating Material: Leather
Comfort Rating: 5=best I've had (only other one I had)
Maintenance Rating: 5=almost no maintenance needed

    Definitions:
Comfort Rating: 4=Its comfortable to you for 200-mile days. Before it broke in, it was better. Now, it presses on my tailbone by the end of the day. I need to call Corbin so they could take some of the pressure off that area.

Well, I finally rode down to Corbin and had them adjust my seat. Let me say that the only way to purchase a Corbin is if you get it customized to fit. I've had my customized Corbin for a couple days, and I thought it was comfy before. I didn't know what comfy was. I think I could ride 24 hours straight!

The seat gives great support while riding but digs into your legs a bit when stationary with your feet on the ground.

Re: Vote Here! #1: Seats for Touring RESULTS!

See, I am very interested in this topic, as I find it hard to lay out 600+ bucks for a new seat, and if I ever do it, it better be awesome. Everyone that reports on here rates their seat a 4 or 5 out of 5... no one wants to admit they over paid for a sub-awesome seat...

I've just sent mine off to Crusteel (member here) for some mod work... for 1/4 the cost, it should be much better than stock, and much cheaper than a 4 or 5 rated seat that presses on your tailbone & digs into your legs.

    I would have rated it a 4 if I hadn't bought a mustang

    Year Warrior: 2002
    Seat Brand: Example: Mustang
    Seat Model: there's a model?
How Long Installed: 1 year or 10k miles
    Seating Material: Leather

it's as comfortable as you can get, at least as comfortable as the best chair in the house.
Once again, it's not miles, it's hours that matter. I've done 800 mile days on the corbin and 500 mile days on the Mustang. Both I have done 16 hour days on at slow pace. The Mustang is better

    Year Warrior 2004
    Seat Brand: Corbin
    Seat Model: Dual Tour
    How long installed: 7 months
    Seat Material: Leather
Comfort: 4 for rider, 5 for passenger
    Maintenance: 5
I bought the seat primarily for my wife, stock pillion sucks, but found that I was more comfortable as well, the stock seat put my legs tos sleep on 3 hour rides, no problems with Corbin on those 300 mile days.
P.S. Hit return after line three and posted, sorry about that.
