If I go to a 1.5" wide pulley will I have clearence issue with swing arm.

Does pulley mount same as stock pulley drilled out holes to the outside ?

Any additional info. would be greatly appreciated !!!!

There's a couple of guys who put in a 1.5". I think it fits just fine... You should prolly check with Alan Wink

Just realized, I never put up any pics.

I am planning on putting the 65 tooth rear pulley on my warrior but i am going to leave the stock front pulley on it for now. What performance differences will I see without changing the front pulley? Also, will I need the 128 tooth belt if I just change the rear pulley?

I think you'll get used to the performance difference in just a few miles. 70mph on the GPS should be about 2600revs.

And YES, you will need the 128!

has anyone thought about the HD 60 tooth rear pulley? or is that going a bit too far? and if it can be used then what size belt would be used and what performance differences would there be?

i did the 1.5" belt mod with a g&s 260 swing arm and had to shave off a little bit of the swing arm to keep the lower part of the belt from rubbing. it was a tight fit for me
