    Edited:
A special thanks to the following members for their help or forum postings that made this a reality:
Kroozn2, RaySDF250, metrickkruzer, Jabo, JoeH, Megawatt, BrazeauRacing, DarkStar Cake and 357Warrior's super human powers to help me remove the front pulley nut that i had torqued to 120 lb~ft many moons ago during my middleshaft replacement [;)]

This project started the 1st of Nov '06' by securing various parts mainly from forum members and Ebay auctions.

The longest lead times were the weld-up wheel and job shop chroming because of the holidays.

For additional photos check here Yahoo Homepage in the appropriate file folder such as '240 Swing Arm'. Enclosing a few pictures of the mods [;)]

That looks awesome with that fat tire and fat belt. I just hope
you don't cover all that beauty up with saddle bags.[:o)] And
I see a big ole chicken strip on that tire already. You must
do us phattys proud and do something about that.[:o)] Lastly,
how does your passenger feel about that seat and the back rest?

One question- where do you live? You have Michigan plates on your bike, but your posts say California.

Looks good. I would love to do the wide belt/pully mod. Are you going to tackle the hidden caliper mod?

As usual, nice work Alan! How much room do you have on either side of the tire?
Also whos kit did you go with? I am really starting to think about a 240 kit.
